Return & Refund Policy

The Healer’s Room offers online coaching and healing consultations. Because our sessions are delivered as a service — scheduled, prepared for, and personally provided by a practitioner at a specific time — rather than a physical or digital product, the following policy applies in place of a traditional return or refund process.

1. No Refunds on Completed Sessions

Once a consultation has taken place, it is considered fully delivered and is non-refundable. This is because:

  • Your practitioner has dedicated time and preparation specifically to your session
  • The value of a consultation is in the live, personalized exchange itself, which cannot be “returned” once given
  • Time slots reserved for you are no longer available to other clients

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • More than 24 hours before your session: You may reschedule to a new available time at no extra charge, free of charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before your session: Your session fee is forfeited, as the time slot was reserved exclusively for you and could not be offered to another client on short notice.
  • No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.

To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your Calendly confirmation email, or contact us directly at info@thehealersroom.com as early as possible.

3. Technical Issues

If a session cannot take place due to a technical failure on our end (e.g., the practitioner is unreachable or our platform fails), we will offer you a free rescheduled session at no additional cost. If the technical issue is on your end (e.g., your internet connection or device), standard cancellation terms apply.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you experience an exceptional, unforeseen circumstance that prevented you from attending your session, please reach out to us at info@thehealersroom.com. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, though we are not obligated to offer a refund or reschedule outside the terms above.

5. Package and Subscription Plans

If you have purchased a multi-session package or recurring plan:

  • Unused sessions within an active package are not refundable but may be used within the validity period stated at purchase.
  • Cancelling a recurring plan stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us directly first at info@thehealersroom.com so we can try to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
