Service Policy

Last updated: 6/20/2026

This Service Policy outlines what you can expect from The Healer’s Room, and what we expect from you, when booking and attending an online consultation with us. Please read it carefully before booking a session.

1. Nature of Our Services

The Healer’s Room provides online coaching and healing consultations designed to support personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and self-development.

Important: Our practitioners are coaches and healers. We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals, and our sessions do not constitute medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy of any kind. Nothing said during a session should be treated as a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area immediately. In the US, you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) for free, confidential support, 24/7.

2. Booking Sessions

  • All sessions are booked through our Calendly scheduling link.
  • Payment is collected at the time of booking via our payment processor.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the session time, format (e.g., video call link), and any preparation instructions.
  • Please book a time when you can be in a private, distraction-free space for the full duration of the session.

3. What to Expect During a Session

  • Sessions are conducted online via video or audio call, as specified at booking.
  • Please join on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your practitioner may need to shorten or end the session, and it will count as your scheduled session in full.
  • Sessions are confidential in the sense that we do not share what you discuss with third parties (see our Privacy Policy), but they are not legally privileged the way licensed therapy sessions are.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking
  • Attend sessions in a private setting with a stable internet connection
  • Engage respectfully with your practitioner
  • Take full responsibility for decisions you make based on your sessions — coaching and healing work is a supportive tool, not a directive, and outcomes depend on your own engagement and circumstances
  • Seek appropriate licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric help if you need clinical diagnosis or treatment

5. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching and healing work is deeply personal, and outcomes vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results, emotional outcomes, or life changes from any session or package of sessions.

6. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details on cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling.

7. Right to Decline or End Service

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone, or to end a session early, if a client is abusive, threatening, or behaves in a way that is unsafe for our practitioners. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

We also reserve the right to refer a client to appropriate licensed professional services if it becomes clear that their needs fall outside the scope of coaching/healing support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Healer’s Room and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our services are provided “as is,” based on the personal experience and approach of each practitioner, and not as a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal advice.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Service Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
