The Healers Room — Private One-on-One Video Sessions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern every private one-on-one video session (“Session”) booked with The Healers Room (“we,” “us,” “the Healer”). By booking, paying for, or joining a Session, the client (“you,” “the Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not book a Session.

1. Nature of the Service

The Healers Room offers spiritual guidance, motivational support, and peer-to-peer conversation aimed at personal and soul-level wellbeing.
This is not a licensed medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical therapy service, and the Healer is not acting as a doctor, therapist, or counselor.
Sessions do not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or having thoughts of harming yourself or others, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area immediately.
The Session is a conversation involving an honest, truthful exchange of information from both sides. It is not a debate, and there is no need to argue — the value of the Session depends on mutual honesty and respect.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to book and attend a Session independently.
If you are under 18, you may only attend a Session while accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present for the duration of the call and who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
By joining a Session, you confirm that you meet this requirement, and we reserve the right to end any Session where this cannot be reasonably confirmed.

3. Booking, Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required to confirm a booking, using the payment method specified at the time of booking.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any Session, for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the outcome, change of mind, or early exit from the call by the Client.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Rescheduling & Missed Calls

If the Healer misses, is late to, or is unable to attend a scheduled Session, the Client will be offered a rescheduled Session at no additional cost.
If the Client misses a scheduled Session or fails to join within a reasonable grace period, the Session will be considered forfeited and is not automatically entitled to a refund or reschedule, though rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
Clients wishing to reschedule a Session should provide reasonable advance notice; last-minute changes cannot always be accommodated.

5. Client Conduct During the Session

Clients are expected to engage respectfully, honestly, and without hostility, abuse, harassment, or aggressive argument toward the Healer.
If a Client behaves inappropriately, abusively, or disrespectfully at any point, the Healer reserves the right to end the call immediately, without refund, and to decline future bookings from that Client.
Clients must be alone in a private space for the duration of the Session, unless a guardian is required to be present under Section 2. This protects the confidentiality and integrity of the conversation for both parties.

6. Healer Privacy & Presentation

For the Healer’s personal privacy and security, the Healer may choose to cover or obscure their face, use a pseudonym, or otherwise limit identifying visual or personal information during a Session.
This is a standard practice of the service and does not affect the validity or quality of the Session.

7. Recording, Screenshots & Confidentiality

Sessions are private and strictly confidential. Recording, screen-recording, screenshotting, photographing, live-streaming, or otherwise capturing any part of a Session, in any form, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Healer.
Any unauthorized recording or capture of a Session may expose the Client to legal action and a claim for damages of up to $60,000 USD, in addition to any other remedies available to the Healer under applicable law.
This policy exists to protect the privacy, safety, and wellbeing of both the Healer and every Client, and to preserve the trust that the service depends on.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Healer does not guarantee that any issue, problem, or concern discussed will be resolved during or immediately after a Session.
Spiritual and personal growth is an ongoing process. Sessions are intended to offer guidance, perspective, and support — not instant or guaranteed solutions.
Any advice, reflection, or guidance shared is offered in good faith and should not be treated as a professional, medical, legal, or financial recommendation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Healers Room and the Healer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, emotional, financial, or consequential loss or damage arising from a Client’s participation in a Session or reliance on anything discussed during a Session.
The Client participates in each Session voluntarily and at their own discretion, understanding the non-clinical nature of the service as described in Section 1.

10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Healer and The Healers Room from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Client’s breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or unauthorized recording or distribution of Session content.

11. Confidentiality of Client Information

The Healer respects the privacy of every Client and will not knowingly share, publish, or disclose identifying details or personal information shared during a Session, except where required by law or to prevent serious harm to any person.
Clients are equally expected to respect the confidentiality of the Healer and the service as outlined in Section 7.

12. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

The Healer reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service to any Client at their discretion, including but not limited to cases of misconduct, harassment, safety concerns, or repeated missed Sessions, without obligation to provide a refund.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

14. Acknowledgment

By booking or joining a Session with The Healers Room, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
